What can I do about abuse? I used to work for Haddows, and I was badly bullied by my manager... making me do things which threatened my health, telling me I would lose my job if I didn't. Eventually I lost my temper and swore at him to leave me alone, and I got fired for "severe language". Now my girlfriend works there, and she's getting bullied in the same way. The other day we got called at 9am on her first day off in 3 weeks, and it was him demanding to speak to her. I refused, and he gave me a tirade of abuse much worse than I had used against him. What can I do about this? It was awful while I was there - I wasn't sleeping, was having severe health issues, and was constantly afraid for my job. Now I'm still looking for more work, but still gettting the same abuse off of him. I can't take it any more, and I don't know what to do.
